We wish we could engineer with you in person, but we’re making the best of it with virtual camps that are packed with hands-on engineering.
Throughout the month, Museum educators will use Zoom to host small group camps that provide hands-on engineering experiences to kids, even at a distance. With topics including video production, coding, engineering art, the science of sound, and more, campers can explore a wide range of subjects from the comfort of their homes. All materials will be provided via curbside pickup (with the exception of a few basics like scissors, tape, etc.).
You can still register for our July and August camps – we hope to host those camps in person, with recommended safety precautions. If we aren’t able to, we’ll make more virtual camps available. As always, we’ll continue following the recommendations of Governor Walz and the Minnesota Department of Health, and will share changes to our plans as soon as we have more information.
