Children's Science Center Lab
Celebrate your child’s birthday party at the Children’s Science Center Lab for exploration, inspiration, and STEM-static fun! Your party will be a unique and exciting experience that includes STEM educators, hands-on activities, and a demonstration of your choice! All parties include a two-hour celebration for up to 50 people and the entire Lab is exclusively for your party and closed to other guests. Reservations for birthday parties at the Lab are taken three weeks in advance. For inquiries, email us at birthday@childsci.org or call 703-648-3130 extension 3.

National Children’s Museum
Celebrate your little Dreamer’s big day in DC’s favorite place to play! Filled with hands-on experiences and STEAM-filled fun, our whimsical world of wonder provides the perfect backdrop for birthday celebrations and lifelong memory making.
Our birthday party package includes:
- 90-minute rental of our Wonder Loft with a 15-minute hands-on activity
- all-day play in the Museum for birthday guests on the day of the event
- special shirt for the birthday child
Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays for three rental start times (10 am, 12:30 pm, and 3 pm), and can accommodate up to 28 guests.
