Parkour Camp
Parkour camps for ages 6-8 and 9-14! Learn the basics of parkour while making friends and memories.

Students will work toward improved strength and conditioning, flexibility and mobility, confidence, problem-solving, and make friends while learning team-building skills. Push your training to the limits and have a blast. In parkour camp, we introduce and build upon the basic skills of parkour: jumping, balancing, quadrupedal movement, vaults, and swinging, all while making new friends and memories. The last day of week-long camps will culminate in a Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course.
