We specialize in teaching Parkour to the DMV area! Parkour is a method of moving through natural and urban environments fast and efficiently, we seek to physically strengthen our athletes, fortify their will power and to imbue them with courage. Parkour is a fun way for all ages to become stronger and more confident while also burning off a ton of energy haha. We are flexible with meeting locations in parks & rent a space in NE.
