When she was young, Karen Nyberg dreamed an impossible dream. She wanted to be an astronaut! It took grit and a whole lot of determination, but she made it into the NASA space program. Later, living on the International Space Station for 166 days, Karen thought about how she could unite the people of Earth and share with them just how amazing our planet actually is. She decided to start a community quilt—in space! Come to a reading of this new book, learn fun facts about space, and then take home a craft. Books will be available for purchase along with fun swag.
