Join Chef Carolyn Crow in an interactive virtual cooking class that celebrates the bounty of the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve with cookbook authors Claudia Kousoulas and Ellen Letorneau. Cook along at home and have dinner ready by the end of class!

Local authors Claudia Kousoulas and Ellen Letorneau discuss their cookbook, "Bread & Beauty," while Chef Carolyn Crow leads an interactive cooking class that celebrates the bounty of the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve. You’ll enjoy a complete dinner by the end of class. Recipe books and shopping lists will be emailed to registered participants 7 days before the class. Cook along at home step by step and ask questions, or just watch the instructor and take notes. If cooking, make sure to gather the necessary equipment and ingredients ahead of time.
