Tweens and Teens Spring Garden Cake Decorating Class

In this fun and informative class, you will learn how to build a three-layered, five-inch cake and learn how to fill, crumb-coat, and apply the final layer of buttercream. Students will also learn how to tint buttercream, various piping techniques and how to work with edible images while building a beautiful spring garden cake! Chef Dawn will share additional tips and cake decorating techniques throughout the class.

All The Details:

• Age Level: 9-15
• Skill Level: Beginner
• All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
• We will provide a box for you to take your cake home in
• The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
• If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
• Class requires a minimum of 4 students and there is a maxiumum of 10. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• Class will run approximately 3 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.
