StringTime Music Camp Summer 2025 in Burke, Alexandria, and McLean
StringTime is a beginner violin, viola, cello, and guitar summer camp for kids ages 7-12. No prior experience is required to attend and instruments are provided. Teachers have played at The Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall. Choose from three locations: Burke, VA (Church of the Good Shepherd), Alexandria, VA (Immanuel Lutheran Church), and McLean, VA (Trinity United Methodist Church). Register by April 1 to save $100! Send them to StringTime, a beginner violin, viola, cello, and guitar camp taught by some of the best young adult musicians in the country. No prior experience is required to attend and instruments are provided. We have a continuing track for kids who already play.
StringTime Summer Music Camps 2025

What You’ll Learn:
- Violin, Viola, Cello, or Guitar
- Professional instruction in a fun, supportive environment
- Every camp ends with a Friday concert at 5:00 PM
Violin/Viola/Cello Camps:
- Church of the Good Shepherd (9350 Braddock Rd., Burke, VA)
- Session 1: June 16-20
- Session 2: June 23-27
- Immanuel Lutheran Church (1801 Russell Rd., Alexandria, VA)
- Session 1: July 7-11
- Session 2: July 14-18
- Trinity United Methodist Church (1205 Dolley Madison Blvd., McLean, VA)
- One Session Only: August 4-8
Guitar Camp:
- Church of the Good Shepherd (9350 Braddock Rd., Burke, VA)
- One Session Only: July 21-25
Camp Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:45 PM. Concert Fridays at 5:00 PM
