Kira and her rockin’ band put on unique, high-energy shows with lots of musical yoga breaks, rhythm games, singing, and dancing. This totally interactive performance will have everyone on their feet!

Bite-Sized Mindfulness: Yoga for Kids!

This unique, participatory workshop is packed with simple and fun yoga-based movement, kid-friendly mindfulness exercises, singing, and relaxation. Children and their adults will have a blast while improving their strength, balance, and flexibility, while also learning Kira’s simple mindfulness techniques for calm and focus. No yoga experience is necessary.
