Bring the whole family for a fun, educational, and interactive alpaca adventure! This extended experience includes exclusive access to the Mommas and Babies Pen, where you’ll meet the newest (and arguably cutest) members of our herd up close.
The journey begins in the pastures, where you’ll hand-feed the alpacas (feed included!) and learn about their care, the unique qualities of their fleece, and our breeding program. Your guide will share fascinating tidbits as you connect with the alpacas and soak up farm life. Want to test our skills? Ask us the name of any of our 115+ alpacas—we love showing off our knowledge of the herd!
While we keep the tour engaging and filled with opportunities to connect with the alpacas, this experience is best suited for families who enjoy learning and exploring at a relaxed pace. For groups with younger children or others who may have shorter attention spans, we recommend the Alpaca Meet and Greet, a shorter, Montessori-based introduction to our alpacas.
After your tour, you are welcome to enjoy a packed picnic at our tables or spread a blanket on the lawn. Lawn games and wide-open spaces make this outing perfect for creating lasting memories together.
What to Wear:
Closed-toe shoes are required when visiting our ranch. We encourage boots or tennis shoes, jeans, and a t-shirt or sweatshirt -- keeping in mind that alpacas do occasionally spit and farm life can sometimes get you a little dirty. During the warmer months, you may want to consider applying sunscreen and/or bug spray.
Keep Following Us! More dates will be added throughout the year!
