Healthy Together Fairfax
Come join us for a fun, interactive, community event - by the community and for the community! Focused on healthy and active living, the event includes free health screenings, access to community services and resources, fitness classes, hands-on activities and workshops for all ages. Participants can also explore the trails and playgrounds at Franconia Park and enjoy a ride on the carousel.

Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 12pm to 3pm at Franconia Park (6601 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310). This is a rain or shine event! In the event of rain, we will move indoors to the rec center at the same location.
Healthy fun for all ages, focused on physical, environmental, social, and emotional wellness!

- Fitness classes (Zumba, Body Combat, and more)
- Wonder Wagon exploring nature
- Mobile health van with screenings and vaccinations
- Guided trail walks
- Hands-on activities with 40+ community partners
- Storytime with children’s books read by County Supervisors and agency leads
- Carousel rides and playgrounds
- Healthy treats from our food truck partner
