Hands on History: Needles and Narratives

Join Riversdale House Museum on December 6, 2025, from 10 am - 12 pm, for our “Needles and Narratives” Hands-On History program, where we explore the history of fashions, fabrics, and women’s work from Belgium to Maryland. We will finish off with a craft of needlework at our embroidery workshop.

Then, learn the craft of needlework at our embroidery workshop—and take home your work (and a new skill) that makes for the perfect homemade holiday gift!
Perfect for ages 6 to 12, children 10 and under need a Chaperone. No more than 2 adults per family.
