Young scientists and chefs unite as the worlds of food and science combine in this hands-on class. Make delicious science as food is explored through a scientific lens. Learn tasty and accessible recipes through food experiments and culinary history. Pop a piece of gum and chocolate in your mouth for a fun disappearing act. Experiment with ice cream in a bag and learn how the molecules work together to make this an iconic delicious treat.
