Doxie Derby – Rescue Race at Great Country Farms

What to Expect
- Cheer on adorable dachshunds as they race to the finish line.
- Sip locally crafted cider from Henway Hard Cider.
- Browse local vendors and specialty shopping.
- Meet fellow dachshund enthusiasts and make new furry friends.
How to Participate
Step 1: Register Your Doxie
Purchase your race registration in advance or register onsite between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
During registration, we’ll ask for:
- Your pup’s full name
- Your pup’s age
- Vaccination Records
Step 2: Bring Your Cheering Section
Invite family and friends to cheer on your racer! Spectator tickets are available online or at the gate. Remember, the races begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so don’t be late.
Step 3: Come for the Fun
Don’t have a dachshund? No problem! Join us as a spectator, support dog rescue efforts, enjoy the festivities, and spend the day celebrating these lovable little pups.

Advance Tickets
- Doxie Race Registration: $10 per pup (Plus $1 ticketing fee)
- Spectator Admission: $5 per person (Plus $1 ticketing fee)
Day-Of / Onsite Tickets
- Doxie Race Registration: $12 per pup
- Spectator Admission: $8 per person
To purchase advance tickets, select Saturday, August 29, 2026 as your visit date and choose either race registration or spectator admission.
