Chemistry is essential- it makes up our food, air, bodies, and literally everything on Earth and beyond! We'll be in our element this summer as we explore all of the fizzing, bubbling, and color-changing thrills of chemistry at the Lab.
In Chemistry Creations, campers will:
-Engage in hands-on activities that showcase the basics of chemistry from atoms and molecules to the Periodic Table to states of matter.
-Create their own dazzling creations from glowing slime to fizzing bath bombs.
-Observe show-stopping science demonstrations like dry ice bubbles and elephant toothpaste.
-Explore the science magic of glowing, glittering, and color-changing chemical reactions.
-Join the Lab’s Test Kitchen team for a day and try their hand at creating an activity for the Experiment Bar!
This camp is for children entering grades 1-5 in the fall.
