*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 06/25/2022
Enter the tasty & adventurous world of food and books using all five senses. Each story comes to life as stories are read aloud & explored with hands-on crafts and snack-making. Peanut Goes For The Gold is a picture book created by Jonathan van Ness ("Queer Eye" cast member). This story follows a gender non-binary guinea pig as they practice their love for spins, flips, and jumps before the big competition. Join us to celebrate LGBTQIA+ Pride Month with this fantastic story. All supplies included. Programming is held from 10:30 - 11:30 AM. Recommended for preschool-aged children (ages 2 - 8). Adult supervision required. Individual tickets need to be purchased for each child & adult. Advance registration strongly encouraged.
