Please join us for a Halloween-themed Pop-Up at Silver Spring Holiday Crafts & Treats, being organized by Chic Events DC! We will have treats and fun activities for the children in your lives. From arts & crafts vendors, to jewelry and baths and body products, from holiday decor to treats and desserts and much more, start the holiday shopping season with us!!
