Freestyle DansFit® & Barracks Row Main Street Present: Dance Fitness in the Parks!
Freestyle DansFit® and Barracks Row Main Street have partnered to bring you Dance Fitness in the Parks—a FREE outdoor fitness series designed to promote movement, wellness, and fun! These high-energy classes are open to all ages (13+) and skill levels, making it easy for everyone to get active in a welcoming community setting.
Class Details:
Duration: Approximately one hour
Weather: Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or wet ground
Facilities: Please note there is no guaranteed access to water fountains or restrooms at class locations—come prepared!
Join us for a fun, engaging, and energizing workout—let’s move together for a healthier, happier community!
