Finding Dreams in Children Child Development Center at DC serves 60 children on a full-time basis. The teacher to child ratio meets widely recognized national standards of quality as defined by The National Association for the Education of Young Children. Our program for learning, The World at Their Fingertips, empowers children to become confident, successful learners and approach school and the challenge of academic excellence with the skills and drive to succeed. We welcome you and your family and look forward to showing you why Bright Horizons is an exciting atmosphere for learning. We offer Center visits, by appointment, every Wednesday at 10:00am and offer priority enrollment to Siblings and FDIC employees, then Federal, then Non-Federal families.
