Welcome to Urban Evolution, a MindShift Gym! We have a passion for movement and offer training for a variety of nontraditional sports. Our summer camps give your child an opportunity to work toward improved strength and conditioning, flexibility and mobility, confidence and problem-solving while making friends and learning team-building skills. Camps are for children ages 6 through 14. Camps are available as half or full day camps and will focus on Parkour, Flips & Tricks, and Aerial Silks.

Welcome to the best gym ever. We’re a multi-movement facility with a passion for health and community. Our goal is to nurture a thriving community and strengthen the love for movement. We offer classes for both kids and adults.

We currently offer classes for Parkour, Tricking and Freerunning, Adult Gymnastics, Aerial Silks, Contemporary Dance, and Yoga. We have classes available for a variety of ages and welcome students with any amount of previous experience (whether that’s zero experience or you’re starting advanced!)

We aim to expand the potential and minds of everyone in our community. We are always open to new ideas, new movements, collaborations, and projects.
